This year’s festival will take place at Nahorevo Climbing Area, a beautiful crag located just a few minutes above the city of Sarajevo. Set on the forested slopes above the village of Nahorevo, the area combines easy access with a peaceful mountain atmosphere.
The crag offers a diverse selection of routes suitable for climbers of different abilities, from beginners taking their first steps on rock to more experienced climbers looking for technical challenges. The limestone features mostly vertical and slightly overhanging lines that reward careful movement and precise footwork.
Surrounded by forest and overlooking the Sarajevo valley, Nahorevo provides a scenic setting for climbing and spending time outdoors. During the festival, it will serve as one of the main climbing locations where participants can explore routes, connect with fellow climbers, and enjoy the natural surroundings.
Whether you come for the climbing, the views, or the shared experience with the community, Nahorevo offers a unique backdrop for this year’s festival.

Location
The main festival gathering point will be in the village of Nahorevo, situated just above Sarajevo and within walking distance of the Nahorevo Climbing Area.
The village offers open areas suitable for camping, allowing participants to set up tents and stay close to the festival activities. Several local restaurants and mountain lodges are also located nearby, where visitors can enjoy food and drinks during the day. Payments are usually arranged directly with the venues, and it is recommended to have cash available.
For those who would like to experience climbing for the first time, guided climbing sessions will be organized throughout the festival and led by experienced climbers.
Even for visitors who are not climbing, Nahorevo provides a relaxed mountain setting where people can gather, meet new friends, and enjoy the festival atmosphere.
